Our pick this weekend…Northern Arts Uncovered

LS are very excited about this must-see one day exhibition this Saturday at Leeds Gallery. Northern Arts Uncovered is the brainchild of Leeds graduate Helen Brady, who, with the help of designer and producer Victoria Rosso has put together an impressive sounding show with a selection of up and coming national and international artists. The diverse range of art work is testament to the exciting and varied art scene in Leeds, with many of the featured artists being based in the North of the country. Commendably, this exhibit is not for profit, working as a platform for emerging artists to show their work. The £5 tickets will go towards the Art Fund – a charity helping our cuts affected Arts industry. Tickets are available from the website www.nothernartsuncovered.co.uk.
