The six Executive positions are announced
After a record 3,900 votes are cast – with an astonishing 1,400 on the final day – the largest democratic process in the Union comes to a close. Here are the winners…Jak Codd has been announced Communications and Internal Affairs officer after a marathon 5-hour recount saw him beat opposing candidate Guy Mitchell by two votes.

The final tally reads Jak Codd 1286, Guy Mitchell 1284 with many previously-thought ‘spoilt’ ballots accepted into the vote.

At Friday’s results announcements Guy Mitchell had been declared the winner after receiving the highest amount of first preferences.
